About this apartment rental
A comfortable 80-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor (no elevator) of a renovated historic building with seven floors in total.
It features a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Located about a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini Station, the apartment is the ideal base for exploring the city on foot and via public transportation. Paid parking is available on the street or at the Garage Termini (a 3-minute walk away).
The Space
The interior is laid out as follows:
Entryway with a sofa and wooden chairs.
KITCHEN: two-burner glass-ceramic stove, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, other kitchen utensils, TV, and portable fan.
BEDROOM I: double bed (1.60x2.00 meters), nightstands with lamps, closets, desk, and split-system air conditioner with heat pump.
BATHROOM (accessible from Bedroom I): shower stall, sink, and toilet.
BEDROOM II: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each), nightstand with lamp, closet, sofa, and desk; split-system air conditioner with heat pump.
OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, and clothesline.
Storage closet.
The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
The apartment is strategically located, about a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini Station, the main hub for both surface and underground public transportation. All the city’s main points of interest are easily accessible.
-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you can reach Roma Termini Station via the Leonardo Express service. From the station, the apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Rome Termini Station via the shuttle bus service. From the station, it’s a 5-minute walk to the apartment.

If you’re traveling by car, you can park—for a fee—on the surrounding streets or at the Garage Termini, a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.

This apartment is literally steps away from the Roma Termini train station and the neighborhood was great. There were restaurants everywhere, definitely recommend the kabob place a few doors down… SO good! The apartment was very clean and cozy. The best part after a long day of walking was that the beds were comfortable, which is hard to find. Would definitely stay here again.
