The location is amazing with large windows overlooking the bay and ferry port. The owner kindly provides lots of little extra touches such as binoculars and a large umbrella. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with tea, coffee, (both instant and in a bean to cup machine with beans provided!), milk portions, salt pepper, herbs and spices and clingfilm & tin foil. I’ve never been anywhere that already provides these little thoughtful touches which makes it all easier just to start relaxing and enjoying your break. It is amazingly well appointed for dogs, with beds, bowls, treats, toys and a pet first aid kit included….i highly recommend this as a base for your break.
The rear garden needed some attention, the grass needed cut badly, and we had to ask for seating as there was only 2 seats on the decking, but as soon as we did, the owner arranged it all for us, she is fabulous at communicating and making you feel welcomed. The description does say it’s an enclosed garden, which it technically is but the wall at the rear is only about 3 foot high so most collie or Labrador sized dogs will jump up easily into the open plan gardens behind.

Excellent property the hosts brilliant, friendly and helpful. Lovely property and met our needs, with no complaints. There for work so no area information, but perfect for the Rothesay area and would thoroughly recommend

Well presented. Well equipped. Quirky. Great sunny garden.
I don't want to say it as a negative... let's say a suggestion: full length mirror in bedrooms would be great.

Beautifully decorated and so well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
Also the view across the sound in the evenings was spectacular. It’s possible to sit out front on fine days with a drink, and chat with passers by.
There is a rear garden which is a bit of a sun trap also.
The beds are super comfy, and the fluffy white towels are a nice touch.
It’s obvious that the owners still use the property themselves, because the kitchen is so well equipped. Every utensil you could possibly need - and an excellent coffee machine, which was so easy to use.
There is step free access, to the living room and the master bedroom, with one step up into the en-suite bathroom.
This would be accessible for people with low mobility.
Parking outside was easy, however we were slightly ahead of the main season.
Nothing springs to mind. We were very happy.
