Nahe am vieux port gelegen. Grosse Wohnung, Balkon, ruhig.

Good location, probably one of the few positive things. Apartment itself is okay, cleanliness is okay in the apartment. Basic anemities. As the owners’ responses to the other reviews, the apartment is indeed pretty alright and renovated. This however does not weigh out the points listed below.
I agree with many of the other reviews. The are is unsafe. Drug dealers, drug use, groups of men in the surrounding streets.
I hadn’t experienced this is the other areas of Marseille while being there.
I did not feel safe as a woman walking there. I only felt safe because I was with my partner.
Terrible smell in the elevator and hallway downstairs.
If I hadn’t already paid the apartment, I would’ve booked something else.. luckily it was for only 5 nights.
Also no curtains in the room, felt very exposed to the neighbours across the streets.
I would consider booking another apartment.
