Paulo was great at helping us to get in the apartment because we were three and had different arrivals time.

5 minute walk to the airport, but in a quiet neighbourhood, very convenient for overstays but also less than 2km from Oriente station for day trips or other connections. Metro nearby as well. Apartment was perfectly clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
No downsides for me

Everything was practical, easy to use, good labeling. This place is good to save money if you have to catch an early flight from Terminal 1 at Lison’s airport. Host was friendly.
We had to wait 5 -10 min at the door to get the key from the host ; it was raining and there was no cover.
Limited electric outlet near the beds downstairs.
