I made a booking because of the private parking inclusive but actually there was no parking at all and then I was asking they said there are many public parking around which is so difficult and not a safe place to park and the locking System was so complicated 😠
Each times to leave and arrived is chaotic 😠
It was a dark apartment not enough light in the living room not so inviting atmosphere

The location in the city was excellent. Everything apart from the colosseum and Vatican was within an easy walk.
- The noise at night, even closing the windows didn’t help at all somehow.
- The hot water went off for a day, the communication regarding this was unhelpful. The problem had to be solved through the use of Google.
- No extra pillows - we had 6 guests and everyone slept with 1 pillow. We requested more but the communication regarding this didn’t resolve the matter.
-No microwave or toaster, a little thing but for convenience we had to constantly resort to using the oven.
- The decoration the room was 5/10, a little garish for a room with such beautiful original features.
The building exterior (upon entering through the doors) was awful, it shared a space with the cafe toilets downstairs which didn’t feel safe. The lift felt unsafe too and there was a Swastika scratched into one of the panels above the door.

"The property was very spacious. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was also very centrally located. The lift was very useful for getting suitcases up and down."
