Apartment available for exclusive use, a 10-minute walk from the “Valle Aurelia” train and Metro A station, which connects to the entire historic center. The apartment features a bedroom; a living room with a sofa, dining area, reading area, and study corner; a kitchen with a washing machine; a bathroom with a walk-in shower; sleeps 4 in total; a raised balcony; and a concierge service.
The location offers a wide range of transportation options to all of the city’s points of interest. There’s also a connection to “Tor Vergata” University. What’s more, right outside the building is the terminus of bus line 495, which connects to Tiburtina Station and “La Sapienza” University, and you’ll be just a few minutes away from the Vatican and its museums, Gemelli Hospital, the Catholic University, ISEF, RAI, the Olympic Stadium, the courthouses, and the “Aura” shopping center.

In Rome, by national regulation, heating is permitted from November 15 to April 7, unless there is an unusually cold spell, in which case an exception may be granted. This is part of a broader energy-saving initiative.
We cannot provide any other heating methods, as they are dangerous if not properly managed and are also against the law. There are laws in Italy, as throughout Europe, regarding energy conservation, and failure to comply can result in hefty fines. In addition to the linens already laid out on the bed, we provide extra comforters and blankets should you need them, so that you can enjoy the utmost comfort.
