Our apartment "Les Fées Mer" can accommodate 10 adults but also two families of 5 people or 3 families including 3 couples and 4 children. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom with a private bathroom (sink / large shower / Wc) with a King size bed 180x200 and a bunk bed for 2 people 90x200, two other bedrooms with a King size bed 180x200 and the last one with 1 bunk bed for 2 people of 90x200. One of the bedrooms with King size bed is in the basement and is about 20m², it is very nice but has no window. The main bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a bathtub and a sink. The main toilet has a washbasin.
We are in the city center in front of the S.N.C.F. station stop "L'Aiguille du Midi".
The apartment has a large garage of about 30m² which allows 2 cars to fit: a standard one of less than 4.30m and a van of 5.60 max.
You then enter the living room which includes a kitchen area and a lounge area that can accommodate up to 12 people. The top-of-the-range kitchen is fully equipped and includes: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a second American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, induction hob, all the crockery for 12, pierrade, fondue, raclette, monsieur cuisine, blender, plancha, 2-zone wine cellar....

1 standard NESPRESSO machine and 1 NESPRESSO VERTUO machine are available.

The apartment is equipped with 4 latest generation TVs including 3 Samsung 165cm connected (65 inches): one in the living room, one in the master bedroom and the last in the basement bedroom. The latest 43-inch connected TV is in the kitchen, all the TVs are connected to the internet and can receive NETFLIX, YouTube,...
High-speed WiFi via fibre is available with an unlimited subscription and 3 accesses for each TV to Orange TV channels.
A wood stove embellishes the living room and gives a warm spirit, it also allows the apartment to be fully heated which has been insulated according to the RT2020. Of course, a modern and connected radiator system can also heat the apartment. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable and new bedding. The basement bedroom is accessible by a Japanese staircase, it includes a 180x200 bed and does not have an external window. A cellar adjoining this room contains the wood for the stove which is made available and free of charge.
We provide bed linen and towels for all and make the beds as you wish.
Shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet paper are put in the bathrooms.
Salt, pepper, sugar, baking paper, paper towels, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge are also available.
We ask to make the apartment clean and leave all the necessary equipment for cleaning, it is possible to take the cleaning package if necessary otherwise you just have to follow the departure instructions and manage your outing as a good family father (clean the bathrooms and kitchen, put away the dishes and start the last dishwasher, undo the sheets and leave sheets and towels on each bed, empty the ashes from the stove, vacuum, and finish with the steam mop equipped with its microfiber cloth.
