The apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable. It is in a great location yet quiet. Our problem was communication with management. Our kids accidentally took both sets of keys to Florence for the day so we were locked out of the apartment. We texted management at 9:30 am and received no reply until 10 pm—and that said they had been away for the day. So when we needed help they did not reply for 12 hours. We were also surprised that they never checked in with us during our 8 day stay or had a midweek cleaning.

Great stay overall. The location is excellent, and everything in the apartment is new and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of nearby markets for anything you need.Beds were comfortable (slightly on the firm side), and the sofa bed worked well for the kids. WiFi was good in the living room and kitchen, but weaker in the bedrooms — a signal booster would help. The building feels very local, which made the experience even better. Only minor issue was the bathroom door locks not latching properly.Host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
