I highly recommend this hotel. It is self-check in. I loved having a kitchen space to prepare my own breakfast. Great location near the metro.

This was overall a lovely place to stay. However, some advice for future travellers: the entrance can be hard to find, I messaged before to ask for advice and they sent a photo which helped a lot. We stayed in room 2 “inspiration” which was very nice, the shower and kitchenette worked well. The biggest issue was that the dryer was broken and when I asked when it would be fixed they said in 2 months… so do not rely on it being in working condition. The washing machine also only works between 8am-10pm, it’s not broken but there are no signs so we just had to figure that timeframe out. Other good things were it’s about a 10min walk from San Sabastio metro station and the ingles mall. The area feels safe, even at night - we were also told it is a nice “non-touristy” area. There are little breakfast places around the corner, both ways down the street.

Don't use Google maps to find this place, use the email and really check the instructions as you can easily miss this place, but saying that it is in a fantastic location, only 5 mins walk to 2 different metro lines, including a direct one from the airport which is really cheap and handy. Bakery opposite is amazing. Yes the beds are hard but we put the quilt on top and covered with the bottom sheet which made a difference. Highly recommend this apartment complex, was really great stay for our wonderful time in Lisbon

The room was clean, modern and cool on hot days. We had a little glitch checking in, in that the codes provided didn't unlock doors. Though a little stressful, we contacted Joanna through the live chat on the website where she quickly instructed us and was able to give us a new code for entry. The room had a few very minor bumps and bruises from previous stays, but overall was really nice.
