This charming vacation home is located in Neufunnixsiel, a tranquil village steeped in East Frisian charm. Following a comprehensive renovation in 2024, this detached house has been restored to its former glory and offers you and your family a relaxing retreat far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
With plenty of space for the whole family, this vacation home is the ideal place to create shared memories and spend quality time together. And should you ever feel the need for a change of pace, the North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel / Harlesiel is just a few minutes away by bike. There, you’ll find additional recreational activities and the refreshing breeze of the North Sea.
In addition to a spacious garden with a furnished patio, you’ll have access to a private parking space for two cars as well as a bike shed.

Experience the blend of modernity and traditional charm in this vacation home. The centerpiece of this high-quality furnished home is the open-concept living and dining area with a wood-burning stove. The gallery, which visually connects the floors, creates a unique sense of space and offers a view of the original roof beams. The sunroom offers a magnificent view of the garden and the adjacent, natural grounds.
With its tastefully designed bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 adults and one toddler up to 2 years old. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (one of which has a TV), while the third bedroom features a bunk bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. If needed, an additional mattress can be pulled out. Thus, upon request, the occupancy can be increased by one additional person.
A (narrow) staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find another room with two single beds and a large window offering an idyllic view of the countryside. This room is perfect as a retreat or a cozy reading room where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
The fully equipped kitchen-dining area invites you to cook and dine together, while the two modern bathrooms with showers ensure comfort and convenience.
Entertainment is also taken care of: A PlayStation 4 is available for you to enjoy cozy game nights with family or friends.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 17:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
