About this house rental
Located in the heart of the North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel is the Bootshus vacation home, which will be completed in 2024. This end-of-row house features a fenced-in garden with a furnished, south-facing terrace. It’s a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy relaxing moments outdoors, whether over breakfast or a cozy dinner.
Two assigned parking spaces right next to the house ensure a convenient arrival and departure.
You can also securely lock up your bicycles. A charging station for e-bikes and a handcart are also available.
You’re welcome to add bed linens and towels as an optional extra for an additional fee.

The spacious Albertshus vacation home accommodates up to 8 people across three levels and combines upscale comfort with a cozy atmosphere. Four bedrooms with smart TVs and blackout curtains—three of them featuring high-quality box-spring beds, and one with a bunk bed featuring an extra-wide lower bunk (120 cm)—ensure a restful night’s sleep. The ground-floor bedroom, with a barrier-free shower room across the hall, is particularly suitable for guests with limited mobility. Another shower room is located on the upper floor.
In the bright living area with a smart TV, you’ll find an open, fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining area. In addition to a filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand mixer, oven, and dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also available. For younger guests, there is a crib, high chair, child-friendly cutlery, and toys.
The highlight: the exclusive wellness area on the top floor with a spacious sauna and a wood-burning stove—perfect for relaxing evenings after an eventful day.
