Just outside Wustrow, the Baltic Sea dike, the coastal area with the beacon (a navigational aid for shipping), and the wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea lie in close proximity to one another. The dike protects the town from storm surges and provides direct access to the beach. Behind the dike lies the open landscape of dunes and beaches.
The beacon is a maritime landmark—a relic of coastal shipping—and serves as a reminder of the town’s long seafaring tradition.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow,

in the Strandhaus am Deich vacation apartment on the upper floor, located in a semi-detached house directly behind the dike with beach access.
The owners have furnished the vacation apartment with great attention to detail.
The living room features a fireplace (guests must bring their own firewood), a couch, and satellite TV. All apartments are non-smoking. The open kitchenette features an oven and dishwasher, as well as a full range of kitchen utensils. For our younger guests, you can add a travel crib and a high chair for 10.00 per week each. For a peaceful night’s sleep, there is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (separate mattresses). The loft features an additional sleeping area with a double bed. The loft, with a headroom of approximately 1.65 m, is accessible via a pull-out ladder and is suitable only for children ages 6 and up. Bed linens and towels can be booked through the accommodation agency—a package costs 19.50 (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, and 1 fitted sheet). Free Wi-Fi guest access is available during your stay. The terrace, complete with a beach chair, invites you to relax and unwind. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are welcome. The vacation rental is equipped with electric heating.

The half of the house (ground-floor vacation apartment and upper-floor vacation apartment) can also be booked for 2 families!
Please clean the fireplace using only water and ash.

Unless an appropriate charging infrastructure (wallbox) is available at the rental property and provided to guests by the landlord, charging electric vehicles and bicycles via conventional household power outlets is prohibited. Please note that in the event of a violation, the user is liable for any damage caused to the building’s electrical connection and the rental property and must reimburse the landlord for any electricity used without authorization.
In Wustrow, there are public charging stations for electric cars and ebicycles



For organizational reasons, check-in and check-out are only possible Monday through Friday!
A change to the visitor’s tax is possible for 2027
