It is located on a very quiet south-facing slope of the Gehrenberg: just a 5-minute walk from both the city center and the edge of the forest, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation or a business trip.

Particularly appealing for families: a lovely playground near the house and plenty of nature delight children in every season—picnic areas and sledding slopes with a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Constance.

The separate entrance leads directly into the spacious living-dining area with an attractive, light-filled bay window (including exterior shutters). In addition to a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 120 x 220 m), the living area features a TV and multimedia system (including DVD and USB).
In the summer, you’ll immediately notice the pleasant temperature thanks to the apartment’s location and design.
Adjacent to the living-dining area is a spacious kitchen with an exceptionally comprehensive array of appliances: from a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and espresso machine to a combination oven and steam cooker.
The bedrooms are located in the rear of the apartment: a master bedroom with a 180x200 m bed and a large closet serves as the entrance to the second bedroom for two people (90x200 cm bunk bed). A travel crib for babies or toddlers and a high chair are also available.

The bathroom features a toilet, sink, and shower. The spacious storage room with a washer and dryer rounds out the apartment’s amenities.
