The apartment is located on the first floor facing the courtyard and is ideally situated in the heart of the Marais.

You’ll be surrounded by numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. Stunning 30m² apartment located on the first floor facing the courtyard, featuring:
- A large living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200) and a breakfast bar
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet - Television and high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi and Ethernet)
- TV + high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi)
Services included:
You’ll find your beds made and all necessary linens provided (towels, sheets, etc.)
Regular housekeeping services are provided weekly according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule
Optional services (for a fee):
Breakfast available with delivery upon request
Travel crib with mattress (without linens) available upon request: 30 € per stay
If there are fewer than 3 of you, please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed.

We stayed for 6 nights and the accomodations were fine. The place was clean and eveything worked in the unit. The location was near restaurants and some museums but off from the main roads and so was quiet. Probably the owner could spring for a few more coffee cups and wine glasses or glasses since if 4 people are staying there 2 of the people wll be drinking out of their hands. There was an issue with the entrance instructions because VRBO now blocks the information on phone numbers , links and emails. Whatsap saved the day. The bed was comfortable. The appliances worked and the place was generally cool even though there is no air conditioning just 2 tower fans. We loved Paris.
