The apartment is located on the first floor facing the courtyard and is ideally situated in the heart of the Marais.

You’ll be surrounded by many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Stunning 30-square-meter apartment located on the first floor facing the courtyard, featuring:
- A large living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200) and a breakfast bar
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet - Television and high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi and Ethernet)
- Ample storage space - Sheets and towels provided
Services offered:
You’ll find your beds made and all necessary linens (towels, sheets, etc.) provided
Regular housekeeping services are provided weekly according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule
Optional services (for a fee):
Breakfast available with delivery upon request
Travel crib with mattress (without linens) available upon request: 30 € / stay
If there are fewer than 3 of you, please let us know if you plan to use the sleeper sofa.
