Welcome to House in the Tree, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain retreat tucked among the trees in The Hideout. With multiple levels of living space, there’s plenty of room for family and friends to spread out, relax, and enjoy a true Poconos getaway.
The home features a warm, inviting living area with soaring wood ceilings, exposed beams, and a cozy fireplace, plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for gathering together. Step into the large enclosed screened porch for a peaceful place to unwind surrounded by the woods.
The finished basement adds even more room for fun, complete with a comfortable family room and an awesome game area featuring air hockey, foosball, arcade games, and more. Outside, gather around the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for evenings under the trees.
Location is one of the highlights! You’re approximately a 10-minute walk from The Hideout’s Main Pool and Main Beach, making summer days easy and convenient. In winter, enjoy the added bonus of ski-in/ski-out access, putting you close to the slopes without having to pile everyone into the car.
Whether your perfect Poconos escape means swimming at the lake, hitting the slopes, playing games with the family, relaxing on the screened porch, or spending the evening around the fire, House in the Tree gives you plenty of ways to enjoy every season.
This home allows 1 dog with a $100 pet fee.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

We enjoyed our week at The House in the trees, there were 3 families, 10 people total. The house was spacious for all of us. The finished basement level of home was cold, bring extra blankets! We enjoyed the beaches and pools in the community, also kayaking and SUP on the lake. Would Definitely recommend to other families looking for a relaxing week in the trees! Very quiet neighborhood.
