This unit offers almost 1,000 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and its own television. There is also a second full bathroom. The living room sofa does pullout into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
