The staff were absolutely excellent- friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.
Food was also very good - breakfast and dinner. Wide range of choices cooked and presented excellently.
Would definitely stay again - highly recommended.

There are a few areas which need attention, in the lounges there are a couple of sofas which have tears in them, I would not expect that of a 5 star hotel, it didn't spoil our stay however
