I had such a great stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived - they even offered to take care of my luggage before I checked in, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The service was excellent throughout my stay, everything felt easy and well taken care of. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options, and the whole place just felt comfortable and well run. They were very accommodating with anything I needed, and the WiFi was fast and reliable.
Overall, just a really positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, a very good stay for the money. The location is convenient, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a good base for exploring Lisbon, and I felt it offered solid value. I would stay here again.

This is a 2-star hotel in a great location. It is not a modern hotel, and the rooms are smallish, but it met all our expectations for a 2-star hotel. The room was comfortable, had an in-room safe, and was well air-conditioned.
The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast that was included in our room was more than a continental breakfast, was quite good, and was a time-saver for us.
The immediate neighbourhood has many very high-end stores (Prada, Cartier, etc.), but just off this street there were affordable restaurants and shops. The hotel's location was convenient for us - the historic centre to the south and the Gulbenkian museum and other parks to the north were both within a half hour walk.
We would stay here again.
