Staying at the Aplinhotel Bort was a highlight of our trip. We loved the location, room, playground ;), and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

An incredible spot. We chose to leave the car in town and enjoyed the gondola up. If you stay a night it should be half price.
The views were amazing and the gondola stops at the property.
Probably the most scenic accommodation ever.
Also good food and drink and nice staff.

Nice hotel. The food in the restaurant is pricy, but great!
The separate toilet is a bit annoying, but as long as you know about it in advance, it’s fine.
We actually had an issue with the toilet lock on Saturday evening when it stopped working. My toiletries bag was stuck inside, and the evening staff couldn't fix it or help. However, in the morning, the manager resolved the issue and offered us 50% off our last meal. She also mentioned that they have complimentary toiletries kits available and noted it was a shame the night staff wasn't aware of them.
I was happy to see the manager handle the situation so professionally, and I hope this serves as a good training opportunity for the staff for future occurrences.
