Great location, only 15 minutes walk away from the main Pisa square for all your Pisa sightseeing. Private parking on site at a very reasonable cost.
Having no ice in a middle of a heatwave was a little disappointing but overall a good hotel for a Pisa visit.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed, hot shower. Air con good but had a problem with it turning itself off if window wasn’t slammed shut. Only coffee maker in room, no kettle so couldn’t boil water for our own tea bags. Breakfast ok but not much choice of breads, cheese, fruit or juices. Ate in restaurant one night. Food was good but service not so. We ordered dessert but waited so long (even though restaurant was nearly empty) that ended up cancelling order. Waiter did not seem impressed, saying “but it’s ready now”. Staff seemed to be more focussed on guests staying half board. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Only 5 minutes from Pisa S Rossore train station an 10 minutes walk from the leaning tower. Rooms are clean. We stayed in a delux room with free mini bar with soft drinks and water free. Could do with better toiletries ie shampoo, conditioner. Breakfast very good.
