Overall, we had a very good stay at the airport hotel in Billund. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund.
The only disappointment was the communication regarding the complimentary shuttle service to and from LEGOLAND and LEGO House. We spent a significant amount of money on Uber because we were never informed that the hotel provides this free service. This was not clearly communicated to us before or during our stay, and the information was not prominently available on the hotel's website.
The hotel should do a much better job of communicating this valuable service to guests, both on its website and in booking confirmations or at check-in. It would save customers unnecessary transportation costs and make their stay even more enjoyable.
Apart from this issue, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

Excellent setting and great apart from three minor things. 1. For a hotel this size I would have expected hot drink making facilities in the room. 2. The pillows were soft and lumpy. 3. Evening food menu was very limited, and when ordered it took 50 minutes to arrive, there were no apologies for the wait, and the chips were cold ( not even warm). They off to replace them but I wasn’t prepared for another wait. Restaurant staff were very somber. However, the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently placed for what we needed x

Firstly, incredibly easy check in process. In and ready to go to our rooms in under two minutes. Secondly, lovely and clean rooms. The mattress was a little firmer than I'm used to, but I still got a great sleep nonetheless. Shower pressure could have been stronger BUT I still managed to get a satisfying shower. Thirdly, breakfast was delicious and the gluten free options were very good! Lastly, distance to the airport was incredibly short, so you didn't have to spend the whole day figuring out travel to and from places.
All in all, the staff were fabulous and the hotel was a delight. Can't recommend enough!
