1st time in Rome. Staff was pleasant. There was complimentary luggage storage on the day we checked out (our train didn't leave until 4:30). The room was cleaned daily and the AC worked great! That was a plus in over 90 degree heat. I see reviews that said it's in a sketchy area, but we didn't find that to be true at all. It's close to good restaurants and shopping. Less than 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum.

It is at good location near train station but too far from airport. I dont know other transportation because we only stay there for one night.
