I visited R16 during a trip across 10 different European cities. This has by far been my favorite property.
1) CLEAN - I saw staff members cleaning the lobby twice a day and the whole property smelled and looked clean (public spaces and apartments). Housekeeping did a great job maintaining and preparing rooms.
2) Air conditioning - this is better than a lot of AC even in the US… I stayed in two different apartments because I ended up extending my stay and each room had a central air control panel. I was in Prague the wknd of the record-setting heat wave and couldn’t have been more grateful to have somewhere cool enough to sleep.
3) Apartment quality - bedding, furniture, shower, and appliances were all new and comfortable / functional. Did laundry 2x and appreciated the drying rack as well as the well-stocked kitchen.
4) good location! Walkable and easy to access multiple trams. Close by grocery store (Albert) and waterfront.
5) The concierge - even if all the above hadn’t been as strong, I’d recommend R16 because of the concierge, Franco. I think I got 90% of my ideas for what to do / eat in Prague from him and each were standouts across all the cities I’ve been to. Additionally, he was able to help me navigate late checkout/early check in on the day I switched apartments - super helpful management and customer service.
Hope to be back again - though not in a heat wave :)

The staff was so helpful with regards to finding restaurants and activities. The apartment was so spacious and the bathrooms incredibly luxurious. It was a great location for walking around. We loved it!!

This was such a beautiful place to stay for my trip to Prague. It is close to all of the major sites, yet it was quiet and really luxurious. The bed was so comfortable and the rain showerhead was so relaxing at the end of a busy day. It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer in the room to catch up on some laundry from my travels. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague.
