Hôtel was great, it provided everything we needed for a good price. Air conditioning worked incredibly well and was a blessing when we got back to our room after being out in 32+ degree heat. Staff at reception were always helpful answering questions we had and they kindly kept our bags at reception on our final day whilst we went out for the day after checking out.
The hotel is approx 5 min walk to the main train station in Nice and approx 20 min walk to Jean Medicine Tram station. Nearest Tram stop is approx 3 min walk away.
Shops and restaurants all close by in walking distance so I would personally say this was a good location to stay in.

The room was clean and matched the pictures advertised. There was air conditioning and a cute patio out the back. Our room didn’t have a fridge (they told us they are having fridge issues with some of the rooms) which was inconvenient, but they let us use a large common fridge in the main office.
Salim, one of the owners, made the experience 5/5. He was so kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and friendly. He always greeted us with a big smile on his face and he went above and beyond for us during our stay. Thank you for taking care of us Salim!! With love from Canada :)

We had a pretty nice stay in Nice! The location was convenient, close to the train and trams, though a bit away from the main attractions, which was fair for the price. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and hands-on, they helped us with recommendations, maps, and were just overall kind. We booked a superior double, and the room size was good, though the bathroom was still a bit cramped, especially when trying to shower and open/close the door. We had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but we couldn’t figure out how to keep it closed after opening it, not sure if it was us or the door. We didn’t report it since we only stayed two nights. The AC worked well, and overall, it was great value for the price. If you have large luggage and you’re not on the first floor, the stairs might be a bit of a hassle, but thankfully we were only one flight up. In the end, it was just what we needed, and the staff made it better!

A charming hotel located an easy walk from the train station and near several good restaurants and good neighborhoods to walk around. Would definitely stay here again.
