The location is close to the city centre and very close to tram station. Additionally, railway station, port and airport are reachable for no longer than 40 minutes from the location by tram. The shops are nearby. Host was very kind and friendly and helped with some queries.
Would be good if some room cleaning will be provided during a stay ( in my case 1 week of time), including the change of towel, bed sheets.

Merci !
Personnellement, tout m'a convenu.
