This Hotel has an excellent price for the location, is clean, staff is friendly, rooms are everything you need and more. Breakfast was a nice continenyal with good yogurt - a plus in my book! Bed is comfortable, shower is good. The elevator definitely has a mind of its own, and the hallways could benefit from carpeting/rugs as they can be loud. However, there were no noise problems at night so everyone was respectful of quiet hours. Overall a good place and a great location, convenient for everything.

My family and I had a great stay at the Hotel Stadtpark in Vienna. Reasonable price, excellent location, nice included breakfast, suberb staff. Highly recommended!

The only thing about it it was local. Close to everything. Staff was good.
Elevator wasn’t working and they were on the 3rd floor. It never worked as long as I stayed. When I go up with my luggage no one helped me to carry or offered help when I’m leaving. Every floor had 26 steps so it was 26x3 every time I I went upstairs. It was very inconvenient because if I buy food or anything else I had to drop off then leave again so I was doing that 3/4 times a day. I’m 65 old woman. That was too much for me. When I asked why elevator doesn’t work I was told the owner doesn’t want fix. If I knew it wasn’t working I wouldn’t book. Also no A/C in the rooms and even fan wasn’t working. Breakfast was under average. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I trust Expedia for my booking as I always travel with Expedia booking but this was so disappointing.
