The staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us from before else arrived until after we checked out.

The only issue we had was that there was nobody available when we wanted to check and waited 40 minutes, after being asked what time we were checking in 4 times. The number provided for assistance did not connect and then we were told to call another number as a management company seems to be running multiple guest rooms like this. When the staff did arrive they were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room itself was nice and clean, though the fridge did not seem to work, but the location is the main attraction of the property being only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and handy to walk into the rest of Rome.

It was convenient and easy for walking in parts of Rome we wanted to see!

Federico was helpful during our stay. We were expecting a hotel but found this lovely Bed and Breakfast. Very clean. A nice breakfast, close to Vatican city.
