Awesome stay

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! It definitely deserves the 5 star it is! The location is unbeatable as it is just steps from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Oliver from the concierge was highly professional, helpful and friendly. He send a text every morning suggesting great places to visit outside of the main attractions Rome has to offer. It was a pleasure to see him! The hotel is beautiful all around and the breakfast that is included is the best breakfast I have ever had in my life! Top notch almost Michelin quality breakfast! I truly enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again when visiting Rome 100%.

Beautiful, quaint, and customer service is amazing, I mean totally perfect, this is the part that really blew me away. I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service in my businesses and the Pallazo Roma might best me! Right in the center of everything. Literally, N, S, E, W, in any direction there is a historical monument, museum, gallery, you cant be located better. The Cafe is perfect, breakfast was excellent, i mean excellent, I am Gluten Free and they have gluten free croissants. What? I didnt even know that existed, ohhhh it does and its everything you dream about! Our first trip in Italy/Rome and The Palazzo has not disappointed. Architecture is beautiful, amenities are very nice. Staff has been perfect, helpful, accommodating and very kind. If they have openings take advantage and stay, you will be happy with your descision.
