Fridge wasn’t cold. Elevators were terrible and wait time was too long.

The room is adjoined to another condo which is not disclosed at booking. When the other condo has the door open, the A/C shuts off which was a major issue. When the A/C did kick on, it barely worked. An employee walked into our condo (the door WAS locked) without knocking. He had the wrong room. There was visible dust and dirt on the bathroom floor like it had not been cleaned at all. Blood like stains on the linens and under neath the bed looked like that’s where all the dirt got swept. The shower or sink does not drain. When you use the shower there will be atleast 3 inches of standing water. The property itself is so loud, especially for children. There are no quiet hours implemented so the bar music played by the resort echos throughout the condo all night. It will wake your children up. The pools are so very crowded and there is not enough seating by the pool to accommodate everyone. The elevators are also very slow and dirty.

Check in was pretty good. Stayed in east building. The AC wasn’t working called someone on Sunday and they never returned my call. Finally got someone Monday and it took all day to finally get some answers. Finally at 9 that night we had to move to a different room. Got to the new room ac worked but the hair dryer plug was messed up. Plugged it in without noticing and sparks went everywhere and breaker thrower. The dresser drawer was broke on bottom and the tub has some weird board around bottom that’s rottening and breaking. And the elevator was a whole nother problem. It takes so long to get an elevator. Paying for a room you expect at least the AC to work. Place really needs some updating.
