The location was excellent, just down the street from the Vatican . Walking distance to restaurants and shops . There was a key pad to let you in and out . The staff was there when we checked in and to put some snacks out in the morning.
The room was big , clean and air conditioned. And the price was great especially for where it was cituated

Michelle was very lovely and helpful, she made us feel safe and comfortable! Room temperature was great, bed and pillows were comfortable. There was free coffee and snacks (gluten free snacks, too), and every morning there was fresh fruit which saved us lots of money on breakfast!
We spotted a small bit of mold in the some of the shower caulking, wasn't too bad and it didn't bother us but thought I'd mention it. Everything else was perfect!
The room was very clean and we are very happy to have stayed there.
