About this house rental
The comfortable half of the house "Haus Bugspriet", completed and furnished in June 2016, invites you to spend a wonderful time on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst.
The holiday home is located in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in the eastern part of Zingst.
The property is suitable for up to 6 people and furnished to a high standard.
A spacious living room with living/dining area with LED TV, WiFi, radio/CD and fireplace (wood is not included) as well as a complete fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with LED TV, one bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00m, one bedroom with double bed 1.40 x 2.00m (each box spring beds), as well as the bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00 m.
For a toddler there is a children's travel bed and high chair available.
You will find 2 bathrooms, each with shower/WC, as well as a free sauna.
A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers for relaxing can be found on the property. It is a non-smoking house with washing machine, dog is allowed.
Two private car parking spaces and a lockable bicycle room are located directly at the house.
The bicycle rental can be found in the immediate vicinity, the beach is a 5-minute walk away and the supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.
Please bring bed linen and towels (these can also be rented).
The keys will be handed over in the Zingster room exchange from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.!
