The first floor (with underfloor heating) features the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a Miele washing machine.
The child-friendly attic features a large bedroom and a second bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub.
The property can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additionally, there is a crib, a changing table, and a playpen.
There are plenty of free parking spaces available right on the property for your cars.
A sports motorboat and a sports kayak are available for you as optional extras.
