Apartment completely renovated in 2024, bright and air-conditioned, ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 people. The open space living room opens directly onto the 35 m² terrace. South-south-west orientation, quiet and green setting, family residence composed of small semi-detached houses.

• River shuttle from Porticcio pontoon (to Ajaccio)
• Territorial road to the south (Propriano, Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio) nearby

Concierge reception, accompanied key collection, linen provided. For groups of up to 12 people, combined T2+T3 formula available on request (Christophe or JB).

🔑 Conditions
Arrival from 4pm — Departure before 10am. Preferred weekly rental in high season. Tourist tax and security deposit (€660) collected on arrival.
Access to the entire accommodation in R0 (excluding the mezzanine, private owner's area).
Departure instruction: tidy and clean accommodation, cleaning done by you (deduction of €60 failing that)

✨Other information to note
- The accommodation has home automation assistance systems on the rental perimeter ("Smart House"). This equipment must not be handled or unplugged. No voice control device is used, and there is no audio or video recording.
- Citizen & Responsible Behaviour, Neighbourhood Relations (Noise, Open spaces and green spaces, Use of terraces and gardens, Parking and traffic, Supervision of children): as part of your stay, the provisions of the internal rules of the residence and the accommodation must be respected (welcome booklet).
