About this apartment rental
This cozy and modern 3-room apartment (approx. 54 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors are covered with high-quality hardwood parquet, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.
The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious hallway, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.
The spacious and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 20 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing south and west) with comfortable patio furniture and a small garden area. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features 3 modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. There is also another TV in this room.
The separate second bedroom features two single beds, a nightstand, and two dressers. A TV is also available in this room.
The large, modern bathroom features a shower with a clear glass enclosure and a walk-in design (senior-friendly!), a heated towel rack, a sink, and a toilet. You also have access to a washing machine in the apartment.
A small storage room for your suitcases and luggage is also part of the apartment.
You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate, apartment-specific bike shed within the residential complex. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop if you’re interested.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
