Inside the apartment, you’ll find a spacious living room where you can relax on the sofa while watching a movie or TV series on Disney+ or enjoy a meal comfortably seated at the table, just as if you were at home.

A well-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a kettle—perfect for preparing any meal you desire.

A bathroom with a shower stall and a spacious, bright double bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, complete with a smart TV and Disney+, as well as a comfortable desk where you can work if needed.

Inside the apartment, there’s also a reading nook with an armchair for those who want to relax by reading a book or flipping through the 2023 Gambero Rosso guide to find the next restaurant to dine at.

The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, so it can be converted into a comfortable French-style double bed if needed.

The property is located in a central area of the city, in the Monteverde neighborhood, near the market in Piazza San Giovanni Di Dio on the Circonvallazione Gianicolense.

In the area, you’ll find the local market where you can do your grocery shopping; it’s located 150 meters from the property and is easily accessible on foot, as well as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, and even a well-stocked pharmacy right next to the market.

The area is well-connected to the rest of the city, particularly to downtown Rome, which can be reached in 15 minutes via tram No. 8, which runs right along the Circonvallazione Gianicolense.
Alternatively, you can take bus No. 8 or H, which also run along the Circonvallazione Gianicolense and will take you to the city center in 25 minutes, or bus No. 44, which runs along Via Ozanam and also takes you to the city center—or, if you prefer, you can take a taxi.

All bus stops for lines 8, 44, and H are located less than 100 meters from the property.

In 10 minutes on foot—or, if you prefer, by taking bus 8 or H—you can reach the beautiful and prestigious Villa Pamphili, one of Rome’s largest and most beautiful parks, home to the famous Villa Pamphili, once the residence of the noble Pamphili family.
