About this house rental
is bright, facing south, with the kitchen facing east and the bedrooms facing west. Every room offers a view of the greenery and the surrounding landscape. To the north, the view extends over Velletri, framed by Mount Artemisio, and to the southeast, it looks toward Cori, Giuglianello, and Ninfa, embracing the silhouette of the Lepini Mountains—often snow-capped in winter—against which frequent rainbows (including double rainbows that are fully visible) and the reflections of magnificent sunsets stand out.
The window and door frames are made of chestnut wood with low-emissivity glass; the entrance features a large chestnut-wood slatted door. The open kitchen is made of stone and is located in a living room of approximately 40 square meters, which features a brick-finished fireplace with a solid chestnut wood mantel and an inverter air conditioning system.
From the living/dining area, a spiral staircase leads to a semi-basement living area (overlooking an east-facing patio) of approximately 28 square meters, equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The main porch, facing south, is made of wood and tile and overlooks the shared garden totaling 3,000 square meters, featuring orange, mandarin, and medlar trees, pomegranate trees, numerous tall yucca plants, other ornamental plants, and 15 olive trees that produce up to 300 kg of high-quality olives.
The garden, lined with numerous rose bushes of various varieties, is served by a centralized, timer-controlled irrigation system. The property features an artesian well, an oven with a BBQ, a storage shed, various outdoor utility areas, and a 12x6-meter in-ground pool. Heating is provided by an LPG gas system with metered service.
The property is ideal for families and for those who love being close to nature while remaining a short distance from the area’s major tourist attractions. The location is strategic, at the heart of an area rich in artistic, natural, and recreational attractions.
The house is located about 50 km from Rome and 60 km from San Felice Circeo, in a quiet area with excellent connections to the southern part of the Castelli Romani: Velletri is 10 km away, and Cisterna di Latina is about 8 km away, from which you can reach Roma Termini in about 35 minutes by train. To the north, the A1 highway (the Valmontone exit) is about a 40-minute drive away, while to the south, in about 10 minutes, you’ll reach the junction with Via Pontina; continuing for another 15 minutes, you can reach the coast at Anzio and Nettuno, where hydrofoils depart for the Pontine Islands.
