Reasonable budget room but outside touched inside too much

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

The heating didn't work in our room (304). Got down to around 16 degrees in the evening. We decided to just tolerate it and stay under the covers rather than pack up and ask for another room. The windows were coated with a layer of smog grime on the outside. When my wife woke up in the morning without her glasses she said "look there's mist!"

Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. Location is good.

There is a nightclub next to the hotel, and the music and bass were audible until 4:00 a.m. The noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. And no parking, closest is paid parking.
