Hostility, Poor Communication, and Filthy Facilities – Would Not Recommend

Great location, easy access to public transport both Met and buses and nearby shops, markets and eating places.

Hostility, Poor Communication, and Filthy Facilities – Would Not Recommend Our stay here was terrible from start to finish, primarily due to the host’s hostile attitude, poor communication, and the overall state of the property. Host & Communication: The host does not speak English and demonstrated zero flexibility. We were denied early bag drop-off because the property was allegedly being cleaned, yet the cleaner did not even arrive until long after our scheduled check-in time. When the power went out on our first day right as we walked through the door and turned on a light, the host blamed us for using "industrial levels of electricity." She was extremely rude to an Italian-speaking relative who tried to mediate before finally revealing where the mains switch was located. Garden & Outdoor Area: The outdoor garden and BBQ area were filthy. The floors, tables, and sunbed cushions were uncleaned, and a leaking tap turned the space into a massive breeding ground for mosquitoes, making it unusable. Missing Essentials & Amenities: The property lacked basic hospitality touches. There were no wardrobes to hang clothes, no hand towels provided in either the bathrooms or the kitchen, no complimentary tea or coffee, and not a single trash bin inside the apartment (only one bin outside). The host's attitude and lack of professionalism made what should have been a relaxing trip incredibly stressful. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Dirty and disorganized Complicated unattended check in and smart door not easy to open, it has been forced to find whose having the usual key to open it

INSEGURO
