About this house rental
It is a 150 m² fishermen's house renovated, semi-detached, with 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, 2 large living spaces. It combines comfort, practicality and authenticity.
It is in the heart of the village, 500 m from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the shops. Everything is within walking distance.
The 200m² garden is fenced and benefits from a south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind.
You benefit from 2 beautiful living rooms: a living room of 30m2, a dining-kitchen area of 30m2 also.
The floors are warm thanks to the wood-effect laminate.
There are 3 distinct sleeping and sanitary areas:
- 1 parent's area with shower room and private toilet
- 1 bedroom with shower room and toilet right next to it
- 3 small bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and a separate toilet.
You have at your disposal a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
All the exterior joinery is double glazed and ensures thermal and sound comfort.
A stove is installed in the living room to combine aesthetic pleasure and warmth.
Games and books are available. Baby equipment is also available.
