Everything about the hotel was lovely. It was a short walk from the train station. The hotel receptionist was particularly helpful. When I told her I was taking the Bernina line train, she recommended disembarking at La Prese and walking the 7 km around the lake. It was a splendid walk! She also recommended the restaurant on the corner where I would receive a 10% discount for being a guest at the hotel. My meal there was delicious. The breakfast was wonderful and while the breakfast room was lovely and nicely appointed, I enjoyed sitting in the cozy terrace outside.
All was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like.

Proximity to rail station and center of town.
Next to superb restaurant, Mezilli’s
Breakfast started late - a problem for anyone catching the early Bernina Express train.

Great location. Large room. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

Clean and good location
Simply the air conditioning stopped working during the night. If you want the room colder you need to open the window, like a cave, but more expensive and there wasn’t nobody to complain during the night.
