We loved the small town feel outside of Rome. The train station was close by and easy to travel to Rome when needed. The restaurants and cafes we ate at was excellent and the entire town was very friendly. We would definitely like to return for a longer visit.
Nothing. Everything was great.

The facility is brand new and very comfortable. The room is spacious and very well equipped
The bathroom is large with a huge walk-in shower.
A big plus to the bed and its outstanding mattress
Breakfast is served at a nearby place. Very good place Indeed.
Plenty of restaurants around, including a nice pizzeria just aside of the B&B
Nothing.
It might be a bit difficult to reach with a large suitcase since there is no elevator. But there is only one ramp of stairs to climb
