About this house rental
Our family home is located in the residential area of the Roseraie and allows you to almost forget your car during your holidays by being able to go to the city on foot or by bike!
The house is located in an extremely quiet street on a plot of about 800m2 without any opposite.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 3 upstairs. 3 bedrooms have double beds (140 and 160cm) and the other 2 are made up of single beds but can be grouped into a double bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet on each floor.
The TV lounge is also located upstairs. Air conditioning is available in 4 bedrooms as well as in the living room.
At the garden level, a first terrace allows you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner with a table for about ten people.
For those who prefer the sun, a large teak table of the same size allows you to have lunch at the pool level.
A second terrace located upstairs is a perfect reading space with a view of the heights of Cavalaire.
The tiled swimming pool (4x9m) is flat-bottomed and 1m50 deep and is equipped with an automatic safety shutter.
