Apartment 3: Located on the first floor, Apartment 3 measures 37 m² and accommodates up to 3 people. Access to the apartment is at ground level, across from the main entrance of the apartment building.
Apartment 3: The entryway is the heart of the apartment. Here you’ll find the large entryway closet with a mirror, the long kitchenette, and the spacious dining area. From here, you also have direct access to the bathroom and the light-filled living-sleeping area, which is separated by a glass wall. The south-facing living-sleeping area is the heart of this apartment. The large room with many windows features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm). A sleeper chair with a reading nook by the window gives this cozy space a special living room feel. A large flat-screen TV on the opposite wall invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. The comfortable desk offers plenty of space for browsing the Markdorf city map or even getting some work done.
This modern apartment building, newly opened in the fall of 2024, is centrally located in the heart of Markdorf’s historic old town. Situated on a quiet side street, right in the pedestrian zone of Hauptstraße, the apartment building offers 5 exclusive downtown apartments with 1–4 rooms.
Through the collaboration of several architects, we have created an innovative townhouse that is perfectly tailored to the needs of vacationers and business travelers. All apartments offer the comfort of a hotel combined with the spaciousness of a vacation rental.
To offer our guests from around the world the greatest possible comfort, every apartment is accessible via elevator and is barrier-free. This ensures the highest level of comfort even for families with strollers, seniors using mobility aids, or wheelchair users.
All apartments are equipped with comfortable double and/or single beds, a desk, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections, as well as flat-screen TVs.
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
