About this apartment rental
With my 41 square meters spread across 3 levels, I’m a very cozy and compact home away from home, perfect for 2 people—maybe with a child.
But don’t worry—I know I’m just an apartment and need a little help to make your stay unforgettable. That’s why I have Ines, your host, who’s here to help. She’s looking forward to answering all your questions and giving you lots of insider tips.
But now back to me: I’m a typical Viennese Gründerzeit apartment with high ceilings, where elegance meets renovated modernity.
When you walk in, you’ll see a few steps leading up to the open loft area. Head upstairs, and you’ll find my sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed and a TV—perfect for cozy movie nights after you’ve spent the whole day exploring Vienna.
On the first floor, I’ll show you my small but fully equipped and functional open kitchen. It really doesn’t matter whether you prefer a quick and easy frozen mini-pizza dinner or a freshly prepared meal—my mini-oven, two stovetop burners, and microwave are here to help.
Once you’re done cooking, the small dishwasher will take some of the work off your hands and, almost magically, clean all the glasses, small plates, and cutlery.
Just a few steps away from the kitchen, you’ll see my dining table. This is the social area where you can enjoy your dinner, a glass of wine, or a delicious breakfast. And if you don’t feel like relaxing here, my couch, “Bruno,” isn’t far away either. This is also the perfect spot to throw a sleepover. The 140-cm-wide pull-out mattress is comfortable and perfect for a nap.
Behind my living room, you’ll find a second staircase leading down to my basement. Here, I proudly present my bathroom and separate toilet. The walk-in shower is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day in the city.
Finally, I’d like to give you three more reasons why I’m the perfect vacation rental:
- My underfloor heating keeps you warm throughout the entire apartment.
- I’m located in the heart of a green neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants.
- I’m just a 6-minute walk from the nearest U3 subway station and a 5-minute walk from tram stops
49 and 10, which take you straight to the city center.
Ines and I hope to see you in Vienna soon! :)
