The guest house and the room was very nice and surprisingly spacious.
The location near the metro is perfect.
We did not expect room service daily, that was a nice surprise - bed made, towels on the floor changed, trash taken out.
The sounds from other rooms are heard quite clearly, but that is expected in an older building, so the same case is in most Rome appartments I expect.

Host was very helpful and the facilities available was very good, very clean aswell
Can hear room next door very easily especially in the bathroom
