Apartment composed of: living room with 2 single sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms with TV and Sky, 2 bathrooms with shower, living terrace, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee / moka machine / American coffee including waffles and blend for American machine. Lively area, full of restaurants and bars, with market on the corner and 2 supermarkets in front. Possibility on request of private car garage in the immediate vicinity.

This was our favorite place to stay over our 2 week trip to Italy. We loved the neighborhood and how convenient taxis and the metro were. There were lots of nearby restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and smaller convenience store on the block. Donata is the most thorough host I've ever worked with and provided a wealth of information and helpful tips. Communication was excellent. We absolutely loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening. We would absolutely stay here again.

Super clean and spacious. Perfect spot for visiting all major tourist attractions. Kitchen had all the necessities and washing machine was used twice during our stay. Quieter area to relax in at night. Amazing host who gave us detailed information about our stay. Comfortable beds and room was kept cool to return to after a day in the hot sun. The balcony was lovely to relax in at night and shaded from the hot sun. The market stall at the bottom of the apartment was very handy for fresh fruit and veg. Supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants on the door step. 5 min walk to closest metro. Donata arranged private transfers there and back and drivers were very welcoming and chatty. I would recommend for any family. We were 4 adults who fitted in comfortably. Thank you

5-star stay! The location in Prati was perfect — quiet and residential, but an easy walk to the Vatican and just a short trip into central Rome. Loved having good restaurants and everyday essentials nearby without the chaos of the city center. The 2 bedrooms gave our family of 4 some well-needed private space, and having 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver getting everyone ready in the mornings. In-house laundry was a huge plus for a longer trip. The apartment itself was well-appointed and comfortable, and our hosts were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better base for exploring Rome with our family. Highly recommend!

I wanted so much to love this little apartment. We were in contact with the owner throughout the day of our arrival. We gave him an approximate time that we would be there. When we arrived, there was a person there to meet. He was very kind and he showed us the property. He did not, however, put on the air conditioning before we got there, even though he lives in the same complex as the apartment. It was so hot in there that it was hard to breathe. For the life of me, I don’t understand why she didn’t have the air conditioning on hours before our arrival seeing that it was in the mid 90s that day. We stayed in the apartment one night, but the beds were so uncomfortable that we had a hard time sleeping in the apartment was so hot that it wasn’t enjoyable. The sheets had a chemical smell to them. I have never left VRBO before, but we just couldn’t stay there. We left the next day and booked a room at the Marriott. I wrote an email to the owner who said that he agreed that the air conditioning should’ve been on and he was willing to buy mattress toppers, new sheets, and new towels. He also told us that if we gave him a time of arrival, he would make sure that the air-conditioning was on and that the apartment was cool. I did appreciate that, but at that point we had paid for the hotel and could not get our money back. I did not ask for any type of refund and he did not offer a refund. I am upset, though that he didn’t pay me back the tax money for my stay!
