Summary:

One of our most unusual homes: a main studio plus a separate extra room, both air conditioned — ideal for three or four travelling together with a little independence. On Via Mazzini, sleeps up to 4.



The Space:

The main studio has a sleeping and living area with a sofa bed, air conditioned. Across a shared landing — quiet, for the exclusive use of the property and not used by anyone else — you'll find the extra room with a single bed, also air conditioned. The bathroom sits on the same landing: it isn't attached to either the studio or the extra room directly, but is reached from both by crossing this shared, private space.



Guest Access:

First floor, no lift. Guests staying in the studio need to cross the shared landing to reach both the extra room and the bathroom.



The Neighborhood:

Via Mazzini, in the heart of Vernazza: the square, little harbour, restaurants and shops all a short walk away. The village's evening buzz is part of the atmosphere.



Getting Around:

The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes).



Other Things to Note:

Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a supplement.



We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.



Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested: past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway.
