Excellent location, close to sights and Waterloo Station. Rooms are a bit too small for a couple of tourits and two bags.

It was very hot when we were in London. The room has excellent AC. It was also excellent with how close it is with public transportation (I think they called it the tube) and I was pleasantly surprised that it was close to multiple bus stops (they have buses running 24 hours a day) which was helpful since we were there during the Wimbledon tournament.
We didn't drive while we were there, but I'm pretty certain driving a car would be a problem due to parking. One thing to keep in mind.

We enjoy staying here for convenience to Waterloo station. Rooms are a little tight, but serve their purpose. Can walk across Westminster brige or WAT station in 5 minutes or less. Perfect to get anywhere in London and beyond.
