Great location. Comfy and cosy room of a good size. Very lovely building to stay in - good character. Courtyard nice to sit in.
Slightly dusty at foot of bed.
Must make sure to bring your own supply of shampoos etc.

This is a really central place to stay and amazing value for money - given that I had a quote for 250 for a cheap chain in covent Garden - this place was way cheaper and quirky - staff are fantastic - you must rate it based on price - it wouldnt be fair to compare it to similarly priced places. Theres a really lovely courtyard which was like a safe haven after London (we live in the country so were very overwhelmed with vast numbers of people in London!) ... lovely cake served by friendly staff - the staff make this place - everyone we met was just so smiley and helpful
Nothing - the bedding was clean the mattress was comfortable - yes the rooms and bathroom suites are a bit dated - but value for money is fantastic - it was actually better than I thought it would be.

Location
We arrived on a Friday and realized that the shared toilet near our room was not working, I reported it immediately and they just placed a sign that said "out of order". When we checked out on Sunday that toilet was still broken. We had to use the other shared toilet that was in the other end of the hallway. In other words there was only one working toilet for 10 or 12 rooms.
